These Terms and Conditions, together with any documents expressly referred to herein (the "Terms"), govern your use of this website (the "Website") and any related or connected services provided by LOLLIBACK (collectively, the "Service" or "LOLLIBACK Service"). The Website and the LOLLIBACK Service are operated by Extimit Ltd. ("Extimit", the "Company").

Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations when using the Website and the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user or customer (the "Customer"), and Extimit Ltd. (the "Company"). Operating under the LOLLIBACK brand. By accessing or using the Website and/or the Service, whether as a guest or as a registered user with an account (an "Account"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any amendments published from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Website or use the Service.

2.1The Company reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure that you are aware of the current Terms.

2.2Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Website, unless otherwise stated. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2.3Your continued use of the Website and/or the Service following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2.4Definition – "Crypto Cashback"
"Crypto Cashback" refers to cashback or rebate amounts generated from your trading activity in cryptocurrency products with eligible partner exchanges or platforms. Crypto Cashback is accrued on a per-exchange basis and is automatically paid out to your linked exchange account at predefined payout intervals, provided that the applicable minimum payout threshold (for example, 10 USDT per exchange) and other conditions set out in these Terms (including Clauses 4.1 and 4.2) and within the Service are met.

By accessing the Website and using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

3.1You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

3.2You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not use the Website or the Service if you lack such legal capacity under applicable law.

3.3You are solely responsible for maintaining the security, access, and control of your Account.

3.4You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful identity information and any other details required by the Company to use the Service.

3.5By registering for the Service, you consent to the transmission and processing of your data for identification, communication, and transaction purposes.

3.6You acknowledge that certain transactions may be carried out by third parties, including payment service providers and partner platforms, and that the Company does not have full control over such third-party activities.

3.7The Company is not responsible for any illegal use of the Account, whether intentional or unintentional. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

3.8You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes, or in any manner that may damage the Service, the Company, or any third party.

3.9The Company reserves the right to record, process, and systematize all transactions conducted by the Customer within the Service.

4.1For Crypto Cashback, withdrawals are not requested manually. Eligible Crypto Cashback amounts are automatically transferred to your linked exchange account at predefined payout intervals, subject to the minimum payout thresholds and the rules of the relevant partner exchange.

4.2Crypto Cashback is accumulated on a per-exchange basis. Once the accumulated eligible Crypto Cashback balance reaches 10 USDT (or an equivalent amount), the Customer may submit a withdrawal request at any time. Any amount below the minimum threshold shall remain pending until the threshold is reached or shall be otherwise handled in accordance with the Company’s policies and the rules of the relevant partner exchange.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the accumulated eligible Crypto Cashback balance reaches 10 USDT or more, such eligible balance shall be automatically paid to the Customer on the 5th day of the following month, in accordance with the Company’s payout schedule, unless otherwise specified within the Service.

4.3The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including photo identification, proof of address, or additional verification procedures, before processing withdrawals.

4.4If your Account is inaccessible, dormant, suspended, or closed, you must contact customer support to request assistance with withdrawals.

4.5The Company does not guarantee successful withdrawal processing if you are in breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or policies.

4.6You are fully responsible for all transactions conducted through your Account.

4.7You acknowledge the Company’s right to apply internal currency exchange rates in accordance with its internal policies.

4.8You are solely responsible for any loss or transfer of funds, including those resulting from authorized third-party access to your Account.

4.9Transactions properly initiated and executed by you are final and irreversible, except where required by law or expressly permitted by Company policy.

4.10In certain circumstances, the Company may decide not to reimburse withdrawal-related service fees charged by payment providers.

4.11All transactions performed on an Account are deemed to have been authorized by the Account holder, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4.12You must carefully review all actions, as some operations within the Service may be completed with a single click.

5.1You may request closure of your Account at any time. Account closure will be handled in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures, and personal data will be processed or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.2The Company reserves the right to suspend or block an Account, temporarily or permanently, if suspicious activity is detected, including suspected fraud, money laundering, violations of these Terms, or abuse of promotions, pending investigation.

6.2The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Website or the Service and shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from system failures, network issues, cyberattacks, maintenance, or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

6.4Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company’s liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7.1The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Website or the Service for any particular purpose.

7.2The Company does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Any information, data, cashback calculations, or estimates displayed through the Service are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

7.3Participation in Forex, CFD, or cryptocurrency trading involves risk. The Company does not guarantee any profits, returns, or cashback amounts, and the Customer acknowledges that trading losses may occur independently of cashback benefits.

7.4The Company is not responsible for the actions, services, products, or policies of third parties, including partner brokers, exchanges, or payment providers. Any interactions with third-party services are governed by the respective third party’s terms and policies.

7.5The Customer is solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and obligations applicable to them in connection with the use of the Service.
